(when making an order you are already agreeing to my TOS.)

Overall Info

- If you are going to be commissioning me make sure that all the information you give me aligns with what you want.
- You are NOT allowed to sell my art unless it is part of a product. For example if my art is on a book or it is a logo that is fine but selling the piece just as is will not be tolerated.
- You can customize and add things to my art but under no circumstances are you allowed to claim it as your own.
- The work process could take up to a week depending on my schedule and the detail of the art piece.
-Keep in mind I am a beginner to commissions I am still learning!
- Your art piece may be posted on my social medias but you will be credited as the owner and commissioner of the piece, understand I need to get my work out there somehow.

Refund Policy

Once you have sent your payment under no circumstances will it be refunded. I most likely have already started the art's process. The only instance where I will give a refund is if I am no longer able to work on the piece due to injury or personal reasoning.If you are unhappy with the outcome I can do my best to tweak the parts that have unsatisfied you but understand that there will be WIPs sent to you over the working period and during those times that is when you need to tell me if something is wrong not when the piece is finished.NOTE: cancelling an order midway will not get you a refund, possibly at the beginning if I JUST started but if I have already sent WIPs there is no longer chance for refund.

Communication

- When talking to me I require proper manners I will not work with someone who does not respect me or my well being.
- I am not looking to make long lasting friendships I am here to do business with you so please keep the conversation related to the artwork.
-Your order might not be first, just like any other business orders go in a line and I will get to yours when I finish whomever is before you. (I will let you know beforehand if there is a wait or multiple orders being fulfilled)
- I am not extremely talkative but I will stay on top of things and update you regularly on the status of the art piece.
